  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

  1. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less shipping and handling fees.

  1. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewals

  • Limitless Plus may offer subscription plans for certain products, where you receive recurring shipments on a schedule (e.g., monthly).
  • By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be charged automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel.
  • Clear Disclosures: Renewal terms, frequency, and pricing will be presented at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Consent: You must affirmatively agree to automatic renewal terms before enrollment.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, contacting us via email, or calling customer service. Cancellation is effective immediately and will prevent future charges.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By purchasing Limitless Plus products, you waive any right to bring claims in court or as part of a class action.
