Limitless Plus Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

Limitless Plus, (“Limitless Plus”) currently ships products to the United States and Canada. Availability may vary depending on local regulations, customs restrictions, and product eligibility in your country.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has shipped.
  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
  • Domestic (U.S.): Standard delivery is typically 3-7 business days.
  • Canada: Standard delivery is typically 10-15 business days, subject to customs clearance.
  • Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs inspections, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances outside Limitless Plus’s control. 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier service.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and local taxes charged by their country.
  • Customs & Import Regulations
  • Limitless Plus complies with all U.S. and international export regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products may be lawfully imported into their country.
  • Orders seized, rejected, or delayed by customs are not eligible for refund unless returned to Limitless Plus in unopened and resalable condition.
  • Order Tracking
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may be limited in some international destinations once packages leave the United States.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If a package is lost in transit, Limitless Plus will work with the carrier to investigate.
  • If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund the order.
  • If an order is delivered damaged, customers must contact Limitless Plus Support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage for resolution.
  • Limitless Plus is not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers.

Returns & Refused Deliveries

  • Customers who refuse a shipment or provide incorrect shipping details are responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once returned items are received in original condition, less shipping and handling.
